Free-rental only applies to the PDA. You own the scanner, and the package price includes that too.

The total price for the package already includes the $130 deposit.
After that there is NO monthly rental fee for the PDA itself.
You will just need to pay the regular subscription fee for downloading latest pricing data.

When you decide to stop using the service and return the PDA,
we will refund you the $130 deposit upon receiving back the PDA in good condition.
