Shipping Policy

For USPS Priority Mail, it usually takes 3-4 business days to deliver. For USPS Express Mail (See $25 Upgrade Option on the main order page), it usually takes 1-2 business days to deliver.

Rent-to-Own Option

If you have rented the same rental unit continuously for 12 months, you will then own the unit and the original deposit of $285 will be refunded back to you. You no longer have to pay the hardware rental fee for your monthly subscription. The monthly subscription fee thereafter will only be $30 for one device, or see here for our discounted rates for multiple devices on the same account.
