If you have been experiencing intermittant hardware issue with your PDA,
especially with older PDA model like X5,
we offer free rental for our X51 PDA. You will only have to pay $70 for deposit + $15 S&H.
There is no monthly rental fee.
When you return the PDA, we will refund the $70 deposit upon receiving the PDA in good condition.
We may charge a small restocking fee
, if you do not have a continuous subscription with us throughout the period of time you have the PDA.

After you are logged-in, in the middle of the page that display the payment detail
, you will find a link for "Add special instructions to the seller" (See images below).
Click on that link, and inside the textbox, put (1) your AST User ID for the PDA to be replaced.
(2) Indicate the scanner type, whether it is (a) plug-in (attached to PDA), or (b)bluetooth (cordless)
