How to set Socket Scan button

Tap “Start”
Tap “Settings”
Tap “Buttons”
Button1 is selected by default
1. If you wish to change just Tap the button you wish to activate the scanner when pressed
Down below the button box you will see “2. Button Assignment”
There is a dropdown box below Tap the little triangle on the right hand side of screen
Scroll up or down till you see “Socket Scan’
Tap “Socket Scan”
Tap “OK” in the top right hand corner of screen to close
Tap “X” in the top right hand corner of screen to close
Buttons on PDA are numbered from left to right
Press the Button you assigned to Socket Scan to test Scanner
Place hand in front of scanner and you should see a red laser line
Congratulations! Your Scanner is ready to scan
