And if the steps below do not work, please go to download.com, and then on the textbox search for "Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center for Windows" *** 1. Download Windows Mobile Device Center 32-Bit | 64-Bit 2. Click "Continue" to download Windows Mobile Device Center
If your copy of Windows has not been validated as "Genuine", you will be required to run the Windows Validation Tool. 3. Click the "Continue" button to run the validation tool.
4. You will be prompted to click "Run" twice.
5. Click "Copy to Clipboard" to copy the validation number.
6. Right click in the validation field and paste the validation number or press the CTRL and V keys simultaneously. Then click the "Validate" button.
You will be forwarded to the download page if your copy of Windows is "Genuine". Please contact Microsoft if your copy of Windows does not pass the validation process. 7. Click the "Download" button to start the installation of Windows Mobile Device Center
When the above box disappears the Install is Finished
Connect USB cable from cradle to Computer and Place PDA in Cradle
