1. It shows the current workflow. You can click “Pricing” (2) and “Grading” (3) to change to a different workflow.
  2. If “Pricing” is on, then after you add an item, the program will ask you to enter a price. If it is off, then the program will use the default price in (4). After the item is listed, you can use a repricer to change the price.
  3. if “Grading” is on, then after you add an item, the program will ask you to grade this item. If it is off, then the program will use the current grading options on the screen. You can change the grading option on (5), (7), (9), (14) before you add the next item.
  4. Default price to use if “Pricing” option (2) is off.
  5. Change quantity for the next item.
  6. If “Printer” is on, then the program will print out an FNSKU label after you add an item.
  7. Set the condition for the next item.
  8. Select categories to display notes.
  9. Click to select a description to the next item. Click again to deselect.
  10. Seller note for the next item.
  11. Click to deselect the notes.
  12. SKU prefix for the next items to be added. It is recommended you use a unique SKU prefix for a batch of items. So you can easily check the status for this batch in Amazon seller central.
  13. Tax code for the next item. Consult Amazon for this.
  14. Enter an additional description for the next item.
  15. Show the list of items you add so far.
  16. Total number of SKU (unique items), and total items’ quantity. If you have only single quantity item, then SKU number will match Items number.
  17. Current fulfillment centers for your items.
  18. Menu button.
  19. Batch button. You can import a list of numbers from a text file to the program when using batch.
  20. Current software version.
