If you want to send your TurboLister session file to us to troubleshoot, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to TurboLister, click Menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Export
  4. Pick a name and save to a JSON file
  5. If during the chat, you can send that JSON file via the chat. If via email, you can attach the JSON file in the email and send to both support@asellertool.com and asthelp@gmail.com
