Add a New User:

Each user requires his own unique user id. You cannot use the same user id on more than one phone and you do not need to subscribe the same user ID twice.

  • Standard and professional plan: We offer a volume discount for multiple accounts.
  • Lite plan: There is no volume discount. So you need to make a new subscription for each account.

The pricing plan is here. Here is the video to show you how to make a multiple accounts’ subscription for standard or pro plan.

Create a multiple accounts subscription for standard and professional plan:

  1. Cancel your current subscription.
  2. Create a new unique user id or use your unused User ID for the new phone.
  3. Create a new subscription with the multiple user Ids you are going to use. Enter them one by one and separated by a comma ( , ).
    Example: You want to have 2 users.
    1. Create two User IDs. For example, You create ast1 and ast2.
    2. Enter ast1, ast2 in “Enter your ASellertool user ID” (1).
    3. Enter the password of ast1 in “Enter password” (2).
    4. click “Subscribe” (3).
    5. Now you subscribed two accounts subscription.

  1. Send an email to support@asellertool.com for the refund request for your old subscription. Please state your User ID(s) and PayPal email.

If you only want to use a new device, you can transfer your account to your new device by following instructions here. If you just download database or transferred your account recently, you may not be able to transfer automatically and have to send us an email to manually transfer for you.

Remove a User

  1. Cancel your current subscription.
  2. Wait for the current billing period to end, then make a new subscription with the user IDs you are still using by following the step 3 of “Add a New User”.

The Amazon account is used for our inventory software like FBAListing.

For scouting, you need an unique user ID for each of your device. It has no relationship with your Amazon account.
