After you create a batch, the program offers you 5 different workflows for adding items into this batch. Click the workflow button to select a workflow.

Workflow A

Presort your items based on condition, set a default price and grading options for the items to scan, then scan items one by one into TurboLister. This is the fastest method to list items. You will need to use a repricer.

  1. Turn Price (1) ‘Off’.
  2. Turn Grading (2) ‘Off’.
  3. Set the default price (3).

Workflow B

Set the default price, then scan an item and grade each item individually. You will need to use a repricer. This is not as fast as workflow A, but suitable for sellers who want to be more careful on the grading and give the buyer a more personal experience. (We do not recommend this workflow, as we think most buyers do not read grading notes)

  1. Turn Price (1) ‘Off’
  2. Turn Grading (2) ‘On’.
  3. Set the default price (3),

Workflow C

Presort items based on condition, select default grading options for the next items to scan, then scan an item and set its price based on current market and Keepa pricing history. This is for a seller who wants to price the items individually based on the current market and past pricing history. We do not recommend you do it for all your items, but for items with seasonal price hike (Textbook or other seasonal items), or items with a special value, you can manually set its price. Do not forget to use special SKU prefix (set in the Add screen) to identify those items from the rest of your items, so your repricer will not reprice them.

  1. Turn Price (1) ‘On’
  2. Turn Grading (2) ‘Off’.

Workflow D

Scan an item, grade, then set its price based on current market and Keepa pricing history.

  1. Turn Price (1) ‘On’
  2. Turn Grading (2) ‘On’
  3. Turn Price before Grade (3) ‘‘Off’

Workflow E

Scan an item, set its price based on current market and Keepa pricing history, then grade. This is similar to workflow D. The only difference is that you price first, then grade.
