Add a custom link for bookscouter

The current bookscouter icon does not navigate to the site properly. Before we make a release to fix it, you can add a custom link for bookscouter

1. Tap lick icon
2. Tap “Create a new custom URL link”
3. Enter a name such as bookscouter
4. Enter URL: https://bookscouter.com/book/[ASIN]
5. Tap Save button
6. Select Bookscouter link
7. Tap the WWW icon to navigate to the bookscouter site for the current book.
