Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot your FBA stranded inventory

  1. Check the feed status in TurboLister for that shipment, if the feed is complete, then they are successfully listed on Amazon.com. If you do merchant fulfillment, a successful feed means all the items are active on Amazon.com. If the feed shows an error or warning, click on it to find out the reason. Open the feed file to fix the issue, save it. Then click on resubmit to resubmit the feed.
  1. If the feed is complete and your items are still in the FBA stranded inventory, then this is out of TurboLister scope. You need to review the stranded reason to fix it on Amazon Seller central site. If you can not fix it, you should open a case, so Amazon seller support can help.
