Google Voice Recognitions is not supported on this device

When you try to use the Microphone to do text to speech search, you have this error: “Google Voice Recognitions is not supported on this device”, you can try to install the Google voice search app.

1. From your Android phone, install the Voice Search app.
2. Go to Setting -> General Management -> Language and Input -> Text-to-speech output -> Preferred engine
3. Select Google Text-to-speech engine
