If you have a big shipment, Amazon can split your items into multiple shipments. It can be a headache to sellers if you have multiple small shipments with several items. It can also cost you extra money if Amazon requires you to ship to a warehouse across the country. If you have a bug shipment, Amazon

  1. Always start with a Private batch. If you start with a Live batch, you can always click Reassign All to convert your Live batch into a Private Batch.

  1. Add newly listed items going to the same warehouse to your existing shipment. The topic is here.

Example 1: By combing those strategies, we reduce 3 shipments for 105 items, into one big shipment for 102 items, and keep the other 3 items in the holding bin for the next batch.

Example 2: We reduce 3 shipments for 140 items, into one big shipment for 136 items, and keep the other 4 items in the holding bin for the next batch.
