Install Cab File on your PDA/.Net Compact Framework

Issue

You need to install a .Net Compact Framework to your PDA.

Solution

1. Download the .Net Compact Framework cab file here.
2. Copy the cab file to your SD card, and insert SD card to your PDA.
3. From the PDA, install the cab file to your PDA by following this video.
