If you paid for our service by using Apple iTunes payment (in-app purchases) then Apple doesn’t provide a way for the developer to refund the payment to you.

The only option is to contact iTunes Store Customer Support to request a refund. Please check this link.

We recommend you use our PayPal subscription for future payments, as it is more flexible for us to track your payment history and issue a refund from us.
