When you try to sync your MWS account with ASellerTool, you might get error code 71 (1).

Error code 71 means that this Amazon MWS seller account is already synced with an ASellerTool account (2). You cannot sync this seller account again with a different ASellerTool account.

  • If you want to use TurboLister, you need to use the correct AST account that was synced with your MWS seller account. If that AST account is inactive, you need to create a subscription for that particular account.
  • If you want to sign up for a trial with MWS, you need to sync a different MWS seller account, that is never synced before with another ASellerTool account.
