When you try to sync your MWS account with ASellerTool, you get error code 71 (1).
Your Amazon MWS seller account is already synced with an existing ASellerTool account (2). You cannot sync your MWS account with a different ASellerTool account.
- If you want to use TurboLister, you need to use the original AST account that was synced with your MWS seller account. If it is inactive, you need to create a subscription for it.
- If you forget the password for the old account, click here retrieve it.
