There is no refund for your subscription payment. If you no longer need the service, please cancel it promptly. After cancellation, your service will remain active until the subscription expires. We do not issue a partial refund for unused time.

Exceptions: We can issue a pro refund if you are in one of the scenarios below.

  1. You upgrade your service plan from lite to professional.
  2. You change from a monthly subscription to a 6 or 12 months subscription.

If you are qualified to receive a pro refund, please email support@asellertool.com with the subject “Pro Refund Request,” along with your user ID and PayPal email. Please also include the refund reason from the list above, so we can review it and refund you accordingly.
