In general, the refunds are not available for subscription payments. If you no longer require the service, please cancel it by visiting the following link. Your service will remain active until the subscription expires, and any unused time will not be refunded.

However, there are certain exceptions where we can provide a pro-rated refund:

  1. If you upgrade your service plan from lite to professional.
  2. If you switch from a monthly subscription to a 6 or 12 months subscription.

If you qualify for a pro-rated refund based on these scenarios, please email support@asellertool.com with “Pro Refund Request.” Include your user ID and PayPal email in the email, and select the appropriate refund reason from the provided list. This will allow us to review your request and process the refund accordingly.
