You cannot use the same user ID on two phones simultaneously. However, our system allows you to automatically move your account to a new phone or PDA under certain conditions.

Please follow the instructions below to see if you can transfer your account to your new device automatically:

  1. Install the software on your new device.
    1. iPhone – go to “App Store” and search Scoutly. You can download your profit triggers from the cloud after uploading them from your old phone.
    2. Android – go to “Google Play” and search Scoutly. You can download your profit triggers from the cloud after uploading them from your old phone.
    3. PDA: If you have a Dell X51/X51V PDA, clone our software here. If you have another PDA, manually install the software here. Please setup account on all of your SD cards with this new PDA before you can download the database to the SD card; otherwise, the SD card will contain the database that your old PDA can only use.
  1. Start the app on your new device, then enter your current user ID and password in the Account screen.
  1. If you subscribe to a Professional plan, do a database download. If you subscribe to a Lite plan, do a live search. These will verify if you can use your account on the new phone.

If our system does not allow you to transfer automatically, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email to support@asellertool.com.
  2. Enter Change Device Request as the subject.
  3. In the content, please provide your user ID and briefly describe why you’re switching to another device.
  4. After receiving a reply from our tech support that a transfer is approved, follow steps 3 and 4 above to ensure the transfer is complete.
