If you need to change your service plan (upgrade from Lite to Professional, downgrade from Professional to Lite, change from monthly to yearly, etc.) please see the following steps:

  1. Create a new subscription here for the new plan with your account. Due to a PayPal security feature, we cannot change a subscription for you.
  1. After you create a new subscription, we will cancel your old subscription within 2 business days.
  1. If there is any overlapping time between your 2 subscriptions for the same user ID, send an email to support@asellertool.com. If you are in the pro plan and download database, we can not do a pro refund on your pro plan if you switch to the lite plan.
    1. Enter Change Service Plan as the subject.
    2. Please include your user IDs, old plan, and new plan.
  1. Billing will refund any overlapping time between the 2 subscriptions.
