If you need to change your service plan (upgrade from Lite to Professional, downgrade from Professional to Lite, change from monthly to yearly, etc.) please see the following steps:

  1. Create a new subscription here for the new plan with your account. Instruction is here. Due to a PayPal security feature, we cannot modify a subscription for you. You have to log in to your PayPal account to create or cancel any subscription.
  1. After you create a new subscription, we will cancel your old subscription within 2 business days.
  1. If there is any overlapping time between your 2 subscriptions for the same user ID, send an email to support@asellertool.com.
    1. Enter Change Service Plan as the subject.
    2. Please include your user IDs, old plan, and new plan.
  1. Billing will refund any overlapping time between the 2 subscriptions.
