To change your current service plan, whether it is an upgrade, downgrade, or a change from monthly to yearly, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Click here to create a new subscription for the desired plan using your current user ID. We cannot change your subscription plan ourselves due to PayPal security protocols.
- Once you have created a new subscription using the same user ID from your old plan, we will cancel your old subscription within two business days. To ensure successful cancellation, please subscribe to the same user ID.
- If you are currently subscribed to the Pro plan and have downloaded the database, we cannot process a Pro refund if you switch to the Lite plan. If there is any overlapping time between your old and new subscriptions, please email email@example.com with the subject line “Change Service Plan,” including your user IDs, old plan, and the new plan.
